Few Dryden manuscripts remain. The only poetic manuscript extant, the fair copy of the elegy for Cromwell, is on display at the British Library. The primary collection of Dryden materials is at the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library, University of California at Los Angeles; letters can be found in several collections, including those at the British Library, the Bodleian Library, and the libraries at Harvard and Yale Universities.
